It's simple, if you want the best performance - use a Bolly Prop.

We have been designing and manufacturing carbon composite propellers for over 25 years, from 5" to 80" diameter, 1 to 5 blades.

Bolly Props are famous for delivering extra performance and efficiency.

"You just don't know what your aircraft can do, until you've dragged it around behind a Bolly", although some props are also pushing !

Recreational "Ultralight" pilots have discovered the benefits from the top shelf of propeller design, with our Optima Series Propeller range becoming increasingly popular. Tested to mach 1.001 tip speed.

For Model pilots we have ...

* Carbon Fibre Epoxy Composite, hand made performance Propellers.

* 40 percent Glass, injection moulded propellers. Major announcement on this product coming soon.

* An extensive range of CNC machined Wooden Propellers.

* World leading range of composite Landing Gear.

* Bolly Speedrotor Heli products.

Who :

Bolly Props are owned by Air Velocity Pty Ltd. We have been involved with aviation and composites since the mid 70's, and have been making propellers since 1978. Most of our staff have been with us for many years, and have enormous experience in aviation (some in models - some in ultralights, some in both).

Our Hewittson Road facility has been revamped to become a customer service / distribution centre and office. The production tooling has been relocated, and more staff are being trained for improved production capacity.

As happens with any major move, it has taken longer than expected. Production is again underway, although it will take some time before improved stock levels are available. Nearly done now ..... thank you to all our customers for your patience.
