Site update = November 05, 2008  :   If you have an unanswered email, please send it again. Over the last month we have had several computer system malfunctions which have scrambled email records.

Site update = October 22, 2008  :   Revised pricing. As the Australian Dollar has crashed, we have had to adjust our prices. The good news is that for most of our customers the prices have (in affect) decreased as we have not passed on the full effect of the devalued Australia dollar.

Production from our new workshop is flowing and our backorders (at ordered prices) are being filled.

Model News: 

Bolly carbon fibre composite props are now only available in the factory balanced version. We have several new sizes in development.

Bolly - Wood propellers. Latest new size = 36 x 10

The new "Winged" F3A Landing Gear release has been delayed until November 2008.

Major changes to our Injection Moulded Prop range due soon, once carbon backorders are filled. 

Exciting new Heli developments, but we can't announce just yet.

Ultralight News:

Our Duratuff leading edge has become so popular, it is now supplied as the standard BOS2 and BOS3 propeller blades. And we have managed to do this for a very modest price increase. Better value to our customers.

With higher volume production we have been able to reduce the price of Series 3 Hubs, further improving the value of our product to our customers.

Complete Series 2 and 3 props are now sold as one inclusive price for Blades, Hubs, Bolts and Washer Plate. Ordering is now much easier. 

Airtime Products are now back in production - we have updated our BOS1 and BOS4 pages to reflect this.

Who : 

Bolly Props have been involved with aviation and composites since the mid 70's, and have been making propellers since 1978. Most of our staff have been with us for many years, and have enormous experience in aviation (some in models - some in ultralights, some in both).

Our Hewittson Road facility has been revamped to become a customer service & repair / distribution centre and office. Most (but not all) of the production tooling has been relocated to a purpose built factory.

As happens with any major move, it has taken much longer than expected to be back to full production. (July 2008), due to unforseen cirumstances, we are moving again, this time into even bigger premises than the last move ..... A VERY BIG THANK YOU to all our customers for your patience.
