Carbon Fibre, Epoxy Composite Propellers - The single most famous line of products in our range, and for good reason, these props really do outperform and outlast any other commercially available range.

With such outstanding performance, Bolly propellers help modellers push the boundaries of flying performance every time that they're used. 

These are handmade propellers with the aim to deliver performance; hence a shiny gloss finish is not a priority. The Bolly CF prop is made by overpacking the fibres to obtain the optimum strength. After 2 days of post curing at elevated temperatures the prop is then hand finished to a perfect balance.

Injection Moulded Propellers - It is often forgotten that Bolly have designed and produced the world's best performing injection moulded propellers. We are not the only prop makers to make this claim, but in back to back testing the Bolly is almost always better. Sometimes referred to as the Bolly "Clubman Series" props, the range is soon due for a major upgrade. We will soon  be releasing 30 new products, including ducted fans, (currently scheduled for late September 2008). Click the image below for more info.

 


 

CNC Milled Wooden Series - This exciting propeller series has been developed in CAD/CAM (Computer Aided Design/Computer Aided Manufacture) and manufactured using the latest CNC milling techniques. We just can't resist the beautiful wood grain. The range of 41 sizes includes a selection of Pusher props. Click the image below for more info.


 

Landing_Gear

Our carbon fibre Composite Undercarriages are built from a high temperature epoxy (they will not wilt on a hot day), and combinations of Carbon / Glass & Aramid fibres. The construction is predominately via continuous rovings with cloth reinforcement in the bolt areas, a significantly better (and more difficult) way of building a strong landing gear. Most are airfoiled for low drag. Click the image below for more info.

All Wheel Pants are now available in 2 styles, either White (painted polyurethane) or natural Carbon Fibre or Glass Fibre appearance. All carbon wheel pants are now a fully black / cloth colour. New for 2008, the "natural" carbon versions are now being supplied with a high gloss clear urethane finish.  Click the image below for more info.
