The Bolly Optima Series 2 - Modular propeller system using a single blade which can be used (most commonly) directly to the engine prop flange (2 or 3 blade) or via a plate hub system of various blade numbers (2 to 5 blade) in 2 common bolt patterns.
Available in "Direct 2B or Direct 3B" , "Standard" 2, 3, 4 or 5 blade assemblies or the popular "Extended 3B" Hub.

A complete "Direct" Hub Assembly includes: 2 @ Alloy Plates, 1 @ Washer Plate & all engine mounting hardware to suit M8 threads, plus full instructions & QA documents. Reduces quoted diameter by 3 inches.
A Complete "Standard" Hub Assembly includes: 2 @ Alloy Plates, vibration isolators, 6 @ pedestals and full AN hardware (the appropriate number per assembly) including bolts, washers and nylocks. Also included (but we need to be advised what is needed) is the front 'Washer' plate and bolts for engine / gearbox attachment .... plus full instructions & QA documents. It is size for size correct.
We also have the EXTENDED version (3 blade only) of the "Standard Style" hub. It makes the world of difference for that little extra bit of climb. Adds 1 inch to overall quoted diameter.

Hot Setups:
62 x 36 S R 3B is terrific on Rotax 503 2.58 box, especially Powered Parachutes. Some customer trim it to 59 inch for Aerochute use - works very well.
62 x 36 S R 3B is a great choice with Rotax 447 2.58 where lower rpm help lower operating temperatures. (we know, as we use it on our own trike).
Use 59 x 40.5 S R 3B (direct hub plus 62 x 42) for faster aircraft (Rotax 503 2.58 box).
59 x 38 S R 3B (direct hub plus 62 x 39)is an popular choice on the " Aerochute ", Rotax 503 2.58 box.
59 x 39 N L 3B (58 x 38 in Extended 3B Hub)is perfect with Rotax 447 2.58 box in Tractor applications, or belt drive pushers. Many very happy customers are using this setup.
